I found this gem business (The Computer Shop) from reading other positive reviews. I'm so happy I did!My 6 years old "HP" laptop stopped typing letters without me repeatedly pressing on the letter. I became frustrated and brought the laptop to "The Computer Shop," where I met "Joe," the owner and fixer. Joe examined, explained, and provided me with a solution regarding my malfunctioning keyboard. The keyboard had to be replaced. I needed to reset the operation system of their of my computers. Joe helped me, I can’t ask for a better service. Very satisfied and highly recommended this shop.When you use your GPS to guide you, it will take you to the right plaza but wrong side. Once you turn into the plaza from art 211, turn left and the shop is the very first one on the far left side.
I had an issue with my old gaming PC I built forever ago and couldn't figure it out. I brought it in and The Computer Shop called me the next day with a diagnosis.After testing my parts the issue was that my motherboard failed.When I went in to pick it up, they were going to have me leave without charge, because diagnosis is free. I insisted on paying anyways, and we had some great conversation after.Excellent guy runs the shop, and as an semi-experienced PC builder, I can honestly say you can expect quality work from this shop.
