We hired Fisch to provide our company IT support for our large facility. They performed a lot of the wiring updates we needed as well as upgraded our wireless access points. They did an awesome clean job. They also updated our firewall, switches, and servers. We really like that they provided our company the right path forward for cybersecurity and how we could improve how we use our tech which is critical to our business. It is easy to work with them and we meet weekly to discuss how things are going and what is next. It was great. When I called on 3/22 about my laptop, I was informed that they mostly dealt with businesses, and was referred to their sister store, Laptop Shack, located in Middletown. When I called, Stephanie’s tech wouldn’t be available for a couple of days, and she referred me to Computer Repair World; owned by Michael. I called him that same day; 3/22, he ordered the part and installed it the very next day on 3/23. I appreciate any business that makes excellent referrals when helping a customer! Fisch Solutions has been our IT support company since 2015.All staff members are courteous, reliable and highly knowledgeable.In addition to “as needed” help desk and equipment support, their services in the past included a major server and specialized industry software upgrade, and more recently, state of the art Cyber Security compliance.I highly recommend Fisch Solutions for any IT business need.
