Well I'm glad I did, from the salesman to the installers everything went without a hitch. Please let me tell you about these two particular installers, their names are Moses and Franklin.. Our total bathroom install was done in. 2002. We never had an issue until this year when the Shower shelf sustained a crack and water was seeping in. Our service technician was Stokely , who came totally prepared and knowledgeable on how to fix our issue.The old shelf was carefully removed, scraped , and area cleaned. Identical replacement shelf was installed . STokely worked methodically , and carefully and was very respectful of our home as well He was a pleasure to have here and we felt confident in his work. All this and NO CHARGE as Bath-fitters work has a lifetime guarantee !
