Previously, I had someone from this company who was not very good. This time I called, Mr. Mike Rogers came out and he was amazing! Took his time, spoke kindly, explained everything - the work was awesome!

My husband and I are selling our apartment and needed some urgent help with figuring out an issue with our jacuzzi bath. We called Bath Fitters and they were able to squeeze us in just a few hours later. Carlos came and was exactly on time which was amazing. He not only solved our issue within a few minutes but went above and beyond to help us identify additional steps we could take and troubleshoot the issues. Could not recommend enough!

So happy with my shower stall ! It was a seamless process with first speaking with Denise J., at the showroom recommending with confidence that Bath Fitter would be able to help with my problem with the upstairs shower that was leaking downstairs that other plumbers in the past from other companies have tried to fix and were unsuccessful ?Then she sent Matthew M. Sales consultant over to help me pick all that was needed to get the job done every detail was covered and on the day of installation Rocky was so experienced and knowledgeable and was a perfectionist and was so clean ! Would definitely use again when I get my other bathroom remodeled ! Thanks soooooo satisfied...read full review
