Staff is amazing here! Bob pierced both my ears and my 5year old daughters. I've never had. Piercing heal so fast and be so painless even through the healing process. Bob was patient and so kind with my daughter who was very nervous but wanted earrings so badly. She provides a consultation that put me immediately at ease. This isn't tattoo artist that can do face tattoos, this is the real deal. She did my permanent eyeliner 2 weeks ago, while the process isn't something I would want to do often she made the experience painless. Magdalena took her time and talked me through the process. The healing was minimal. I ran back this morning to get my lips done. She listens to what you want and ensures that is what you get. A truly amazing experience!! So happy I did this!!

I received 2 estimates. The original one was $1,260.57. I saved a screen shot of this estimate. The following day I received another estimate for over $1,800 with no explanation why the price changed overnight (even though I sent an email requesting an explanation regarding why the price went up over $600.00).
It initially took 2 days and 4 phone calls just to get a service man here for a diagnostic of the issues with my ac. I was charged $150 for that, and I was told I would have an estimate by Friday later in that day, or possibly Monday. Again, after many phone calls with many mixed messages contradicting each other, I did not hear back from this company with an estimate for 6 days, then finally the 2 different estimates consecutively with the price jumping from $1200+ to $1800+ overnight, with no explanation why, even though I requested one.
I have a 10 year warranty on my air handler and I asked one of the women I spoke to, why this wasn't covered under the warranty? This ac was only installed in 2017, but I've had to call for service for the past 3 seasons each summer. This brand new ac only worked for 4 years without any issues until 2021. This unit required service every summer following 2021 (2022 through current 2024). The woman I spoke with said she was going to discuss my 10 year warranty with a manager, yet she never got back to me regarding this??.... I only received 2 different estimates through emails, with a note attached explaining that the estimate price can go up at anytime during service and I'm obligated to pay no matter how much this price may escalate. Who in their right mind would ever sign such an agreement???.....especially after all the mixed contradicting messages I'd been receiving from All Weather over the course of 6 days during a heat wave, while I had no working air conditioning. Needless to say I would NEVER do business with this company. My experience with All Weather was AWFUL. Your prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I was told that my internal drip pan was leaking and it would take all day to fix with several technicians, and would cost me over $1,800.00 and possibly even more?
I had a private HVAC technician come for a second opinion. He explained to me that my drip pan was NOT leaking. There was NO diagnostic fee. He came the same day I called him. He had the air conditioning unit fixed and up and running within an hour. I was charged $450.00. He was appalled by their billing methods.
What is the sense of having a 10 year warranty if nothing is covered? The estimate for the service they claimed was necessary would have cost me nearly one quarter of what I paid for the entire system to be installed. Why would an internal drip pan start leaking after only 4 years of use, for only 3 months of use each year?
A new plastic pipe that was clogged was installed on this unit. The pipes were cleaned out. A new sensor switch was installed. The unit needed to be pitched a bit for better drainage. I feel that this company had taken advantage of my situation. I'm a senior widow on a fixed income and could never have afforded this service. I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company.
I was also told that they were going to call me and try to rectify this problem after I complained. I never received a call from them.

On 9-13-24, I was grateful to receive a $160.00 visa gift card from all weather, which basically covered the cost of the original diagnostic fee charged to me. After several apologies via phone calls and emails, explaining why all the unfortunate circumstances occurred, I was mailed a gift card for the inconveniences I had experienced. This company seems to stand behind their customers, even when dissatisfied. For this reason I am changing my 1 star rating to a 4 star rating. Thank you All Weather for the Gift Card/refund.
I have been working with this company for over ten years. Never had an issue, dumpsters always delivered when they promise and always picked up when they promise. Their price is more reasonable than
All other companies in the area. The have also done full home demos for me.
James and his team did an awesome job installing railings in both the front and backyard of our house. Unlike other companies that we've spoken to, James made this process very simple and built the railings exactly how we wanted them. At times, it feels like I'm hanging out with a bunch of cousins! The atmosphere is laid-back, from the decor to the music, and it's incredibly refreshing. The respect they show to their customers is exceptional. Huge shoutout to my barber, Kelvin--a genuine guy who always makes you feel like family.
Told them what I wanted and my price point and they gave me a gorgeous set that lasted 3 weeks. My nails are now a bit beat up but I had to mention how wonderfully they lasted. Going back this morning for my fill.

She goes above and beyond to help me in my design process by sending me photos when I can't get to the shop and I rely on her expertise when I get stuck. They'll sell you whatever you want but they'll tell you the pros and cons before you purchase. I just cant say enough about the staff, Tony, Joanne; they're awesome. I usually don't write reviews unless I feel it's necessary. I was looking for a new hair salon due to horrible past experiences. I have thin hair and always had experiences from other salons that butchered my hair in an unpleasant way, a straight horizontal line. leaving me very disappointed ! But I'm so glad that I came upon this salon! Jackie listened to my requests and cut my hair the way I hoped she would! I love it ! They found a customer in me, I will definitely be returning !

Best nail salon on Long Island! Staff is so nice, super helpful and they do an amazing job! I go to Nancy for my gel nails and she does an amazing job every time! Never had a problem with anything here, unlike other nail salons I have been to in the past.
Zuny is the absolute best. She made me look and feel like a princess. My hair is frizzy and dry. She did botox and a blowout the first time. My hair was so soft and no frizz. I never thought I could have beautiful hair. The second time I decided to do color and a short haircut. Once again she does and amazing job. Not only is she the best but she is very very nice. She is accommodating. I travel a distance to get my hair done here and she is definitely worth the trip. I highly recommend this salon. You will not be disappointed.

I went to Elegant Hair based off of reviews on Yelp. All I can say is that it was a great experience. Steve cut my hair and did an excellent job! As a hairdresser I have only had one other great experience and that was years ago. Recommend highly you won't be disappointed!

Big thanks Allied team came to fix and solve the sinkhole, cesspool/sewer pipe broken issues that another contractor didn't do well in few years ago and caused sinkhole happened again. Too bad I couldn't remember and spell everyone's names. But I remembered name Nick. The team did great job and also explained the details and answered questions. At end of the day: we can use the water and toilet that almost a week could not be used. Thank you again Allied team! Hope the issues are not happening again!
Today i has the pleasure of coming to the salon , i did in fact look at the reviews and was a little concerned but i went anyway because what the harm i went to a 5 star nail salon around the corner from this place and the girl who did my nails last did a horrible job nothing across the line that i wanted and over cut my cuticle to nothing im still waiting for them to heal fully i came to coco and had them fix what a 5 star nail salon could not do jessie did an absolute amazing job with my nails and fixed them and got my nails together the way i like them , i will say this ignore ALL the HATERS thats complained about this place because their miserable people this salon is awesome im new to the area and they exceeded my expectations i am now a loyal customer
I.e and jmo jmo who complained about $17 paint job an average paint job for a kids is actually $10-15 each so this salon is VERY cost effective if you simply couldn't afford the $17 paint job my suggestion to you is get a better job so you can afford a paint job for your kids because my kid got a full mani pedi with pattern paint nail polish for $25 you cant beat that it’s EXCELLENT price compare to the $60 i paid for my kids nails at 5 star salon and the polish didn’t last the week
