Julia is great but I stopped going there because she has/had an assistant who would pull my hair so hard while detangling - even after I told her it’s hurting me - she kept on with the same brut force . This lady was constantly on her phone which is not a good look when you’re working . Back to the hair pulling - my scalp was sore the next day I’m not exaggerating. That’s when I said forget this there’s no need to torture myself .
I recently had weight loss surgery, in which resulted in major hair loss. I tried Julia last month and I have to say she is amazing. She cut off all of my dead hair gave me a fantastic haircut. In addition, gave me a a hair treatment and I never experienced hair loss again. I will always utilize her services. I am so grateful for her.
