He did let us know that this unexpected part of the project was not our responsibility to pay back, but that it was going to add significantly more time and labor. The work took longer, but that’s to be expected when you’re dealing with plumbing, wood, framing, electrical, masonry. It’s not easy to execute Insulation to the standard that they left the air-conditioning unit. The extra wait time was worth it to have the final and product be excellent.
