I had contacted Lumaria regarding the replacement and installation of a ceramic cooktop with a downdraft. I called Lumaria, spoke to Frankie who was very sympathetic to the fact that we were without a stove for Thanksgiving, and scheduled a service appointment for us ASAP. I sent her a picture of an empty cabinet with some capped wires, a duct taped vent connected to nothing, and shredded ductwork. Collin and Thomas confirmed an early arrival prior to the initial scheduled appointment time. They arrived at approximately 1:30 pm and were still working at 7:00 pm. We had some unforeseen issues but after a safety walkthru of the house electric they were able to replace a breaker that was inadequate for the cooktop. They installed new wiring in the existing cabinet for the cooktop, & replaced the ductwork and vents for the downdraft inside and outside. The new cooktop didn’t fit in the existing cutout so they were able to cut the granite countertop and install and caulk the new Cooktop. Collin and Thomas were very pleasant and explained everything they were doing. They were neat, thorough, took their time and the estimate they had given us was right on the money. Their bill and rates were very reasonable and we have had no issues with any of their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of electrical work. I will continue to use them in the future.
