NextGen exceeded our expectations from their initial extremely thorough presentation to their meticulous attention to detail post-project. They made themselves readily available for questions throughout the process and communication was some of the best I've ever had with a contractor of any kind. They finished our (rather large) roof in one day, while keeping our property safely accessible and our surroundings tidy and unharmed. They also went above and beyond after the project, returning to fix a piece of J-Channel that had come loose BEFORE they were ever at the property. Next Gen Roofing and Ryan exceeded expectations. The initial estimation process was very detailed, including photos inside and out, education on the materials to be used and a walkthrough of pricing and options. The team were in communication in preparation of the work and then showed up right on time and executed the roof replacement flawlessly. Clean. Professional. I highly recommend.
Great experience from start to finish. The crew showed up on time (7am) and was completed finished before lunch for my full roof replacement. They keep you updated throughout the process and leave your property as clean as they found it. I have already recommended them to a neighbor and will continue to doing so.
