Starting with conversations on the phone with Angie while traveling 8 hours to Virginia and trying to start the process remotely, she was very understanding and comforting while I was trying to make arrangements for the family. After my mom's passing, I knew we were in good hands with Cannon. Paperwork in Virginia was slow over a holiday weekend but John and Angie assisted in pushing it along, and making all the arrangements to have the remains transported back to Albany.
