I contacted them after having a terrible experience with another funeral home and they were efficient and accommodating and helped me understand a situation I had never found myself in before. Working with them was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I never felt rushed or made to feel dumb for having no clue what to do. “I, along with my entire family, am eternally grateful for the grace, empathy, professionalism, and care that was taken while we navigated the loss of my father, Steven M. Beaudry. The immense loss you feel during this process was met with compassion and patience from Nicholas, the funeral director. The owner, Roy, was also on hand, but made sure to let us know that we were in the best hands possible. He was 100%+ truthful.
Nicholas has the professionalism you need while preparing to honor and say goodbye to someone you love more than anyone could imagine. His Perfectionist personality and attention to detail was front and center from the start. Our family has, does, and will continue to be supportive of this venue.

You have to have a very special quality to be able to work in this profession, especially to the skill and professional level that Nicholas has. He made every step seamless, and was just a pleasure to work with, and also speak with the next day as we picked up all our belongings.
