From start to finish these folks were compassionate,caring and thoughtful. We as a family could not say enough good things about this organization. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Those 1 star review people obviously are from the same family and must be on a mission. Being a Schenectady resident and having seen these folks in the community , I share nothing but positive accolades for this Funeral home. Shame on those 1 star people. Rossi and Ditoro are the BEST. . .
The team at R&D was amazing and handled every aspect of my mom's service with care and grace. They went the extra mile on so many related items, to ease our family during a most difficult time. I highly recommend R&D.
Five stars. The team at Ross & Ditto was everything you'd expect, need, and wish for in a time where you don't know up from down. Heartwarming, thoughtful, and caring, David and his team were absolutely all of these (and then some). Everyone was informative and helpful beyond words. Thank you thank you thank you.
