After my poor review I posted the next morning I received a phone call from the manager. She apologized and said that she would like me to come in so she would fix my haircut free of charge. I went in and Molly did an amazing job! I absolutely love the cut. It turns out she loves to texture hair and is excellent at it too. Molly also took her time and asked me many questions so she could cut it correctly. I didn’t feel like she was in a rush for the next customer. It was a much better experience. Best hair cut I have had from Supercuts!!!! Kayla you do a wonderful job with my husband’s hair and Alex you are a rockstar with a clipper! Molly thank you so much being able to get me and my husband in with Kayla and Alex on short notice!
I had a great experience here. I’m always hesitant in finding someone that’s not going to butcher my hair due to the length and thankfully they did a good job here. I had Tatyana as my hairdresser and she was great. Thanks for doing a good job girl 🌸
