Super knowledgable, super friendly and very kind! He pointed out spots and signs that I would have never noticed and explained so much to me. I feel way more at ease now that he’s been here and started intervention to eradicate “those things” - I can’t even call them by their proper name. He will already be back out to follow up on the evil beings and their evil doings. Our pup will be very happy to see him again, too :)
