Niagara Sewing Machine Services
“I cannot say enough good things about Niagara Sewing!
From the moment you walk through the door, everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Their knowledge is extensive, and they always take the time to answer questions honestly and thoroughly without ever making you feel rushed.
The lessons with Tina have been fantastic. She is patient, knowledgeable, and explains things in a way that makes learning enjoyable and approachable, no matter your skill level.
The quality of the products they carry is excellent, and the staff truly know their machines, supplies, and techniques inside and out. What stands out most, though, is their honesty and customer service. It’s rare to find a business that is this informative, trustworthy, and genuinely invested in helping their customers succeed.
To be completely honest, I would have given up on sewing and embroidery by now if it wasn’t for the team at Niagara Sewing. Every time I’ve run into a problem, had a question, or felt overwhelmed, they’ve been there with encouragement, guidance, and practical solutions. Their patience and willingness to help have made all the difference in my journey, and I am endlessly thankful that I found them.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced sewist, Niagara Sewing is an absolute gem. Their expertise, kindness, and dedication to their customers are second to none. I wholeheartedly recommend them and am so grateful for all of their support.
Thank you, Tina and the entire Niagara Sewing team—you’ve helped me more than you’ll ever know!”
H.W. Bryk & Sons
“A long overdue 5 star review. I have been a loyal customer since 2009 when HW Bryk installed a mini duct A/C system in my home (an early 1900 North Buffalo Tudor). They installed AC systems on two of my commercial properties and handle all my seasonal maintenance. Repairs are handled expeditiously and I have pleased with communication.”
