488 Broadway Suite 104, Albany“My first experience at Blessed Body Fitness was exciting, invigorating! I have never even touched a pole before and Sarah did such a great job at guiding the class and then working with us individually on certain strengths. Everyone in the class did great and had a wonderful time, to say the least I was NOT expecting it to be such a good workout and it was not as awkward for a first timer as one might think. Awesome experience!“
“Evan is knowledgeable, confident, and unafraid to give detailed lessons. I've watched him deal with those new to fitness and veterans, young and old, man and woman. His ability to handle multiple people at once, yet be focused and give one the sensation of undivided attention is a boon. His programs are designed for each person, to each person, and I can say - do not be afraid to ask him questions. He is the sort to sand the rough away, and streamline effort; so that The Goal may be reached efficiently, and within the parameters of an individual's safety buffer. The gym itself is bare bones - and that, for me, is best. It is simplistic, yet has everything that anyone could need. The atmosphere is independent; small conversations when a workout is done, but no one takes up the floor or wanders: Everyone is there to meet The Goal.I recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about starting fitness, or getting their momentum back.“

693 Columbia Turnpike, East Greenbush“We went to Coach K, to help our 12-year-old son improve his speed and agility for soccer, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. He's learned so much, and you can see the difference on the field. His first two MLS Next games since training with Coach K were a testament to how impactful the work has been. We highly recommend Coach K!“

100 S Mall Arterial, Albany“Used to be decently full and all machines were available within acceptable waiting time. Nowadays, it is very crowded and hard to walk around in. Finding a machine/bench/area that isn’t occupied is a struggle. I have no idea why there’s three potential areas for training and classes that are basically closed off for the rest of the people paying for the gym whenever they decide to. The turf room, the cage room, and the dancing room behind the cardio area. I have never seen all of the cardio machines in usage either. With 1 incline press, 2 bench presses, and 6 benches. Maybe there is a more optimal layout that can have more machines to accommodate the larger crowd. Apart from that, great staff and good atmosphere. Smoothies are amazing. Quality equipment, just a lot of people.“

“Not your average gym. Personal training, sports medicine, sports nutrition, you just can not get a better place to work out. Meet with them for a consultation and explain your goals. They will make a program for you and adjust it as needed. Amazing place to become the you, you always envisioned.“
