Kevin is fantastic! I will say that I have gone to many private gyms and the atmosphere here is so relaxed. Kevin makes you feel like you have a personal trainer and doesn't push you at the same time. He is wonderful to work with. The workouts are fun and engaging as well. You leave there knowing and feeling like you have had a thorough workout. I would recommend all my friends and family to go and work with Kevin. This is my favorite gym and I will keep going back.
Kevin is so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He is passionate about making you better for your sport and it's the perfect way to stay in shape and get stronger. I've gone to him for years.
Coach K has been working players from my 5/6 football team for over 6 months now. I have seen great improvements in not only their speed and agility, but a huge boost in their confidence. I highly recommend Coach K for any age level of all sports!
