I'm almost 60 and have been going here since my mid 20's, I think the front staff, nurses and doctors are incredible. It's true that you often have to wait but that's because the doctors take as much time with you as you need. They answer all questions and are knowledgeable and kind. My messages and calls are returned in a timely manner and test results are given as soon as they get them. When Dr. Page has to sent me to a specialist, that doctor has always been wonderful too. It's a practice that goes above and beyond for its patients. It is very difficult for me to trust doctors because I have had my share of misdiagnoses and unprofessionalism. Dr. Procopio is the gold standard when it come to patient care. He really listens to me and doesn’t make me feel like I am a burden. Whenever I ask a question I don’t feel like he is in a rush to leave the room. His bedside manner is excellent and he has an amazing attention to detail. I never felt like I couldn’t come to him about any of my medical issues.

My husband and I have seen several doctors around the Syracuse area over many years. Dr. Procopio is by far the absolute best. We have been seeing him for several years now. He always takes the time to listen to us. We never feel rushed. He explains things well and has always been very thorough. His staff is kind and professional. We are very grateful that we have found Dr. Procopio. Highly recommend.
