Upstate University Medicine is a clean, up-to-date facility with wonderful, caring staff. The physicians, nurses, and technicians are extremely compassionate and respectful towards their diverse patients. The radiology department goes above and beyond to ensure patient comfort, even accommodating last-minute transportation issues. Patients are impressed by the facility's latest technology and the professionalism of the kind, understanding staff.
I've been seeing Payton Hannon for 3.5 years now. She is excellent. She listens and communicates very well. I have been battling multi system chronic illness and she is willing to try and explore how to make my situation better and treats me respectfully. I am glad I found her as my PCP.
NP John Sprey is amazing. He makes me feel very heard, gives wonderful advice, and is there to support me all the time. Although I have many health issues, he’s a huge advocate for myself and all of his patients in giving them the proper care. I appreciate everything he does for me and he’s truly a wonderful person. He is so kind and compassionate every time I go in for an appointment and always wants to make sure I’m focusing on my health too and keeping track of a better lifestyle physically and mentally. I can’t thank him enough for being a kind and supportive NP that continues to care for everyone.
Went recently for a CT Scan and the staff was kind caring and very professional! I had my results within a few hours.
