I have been training with Vanessa for a few months now. I’m really happy with my progress and can feel myself gaining strength already. She pushes me with intention, correcting my form and making sure to work with my minor injuries. It’s a fun and friendly environment and she has all the equipment and knowledge to get results. I’ve been training at Wolf Den with Savannah for a little over a year and would highly recommend this gym (and Savannah) to everyone! The atmosphere here is extremely welcoming and motivating. Despite being a smaller gym, it’s well equipped with a large variety of equipment so you have everything you need to get a good workout. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and always there to offer support. I have been working out with vanessa for 2 months and I have seen growth and changes already. I came to vanessa from a big-box gym as I wanted to learn correct form, have a consistent schedule and have personalized attention. I go to Wolf Den twice a week now, and I LOVE it.
