Been going here the last 5 years and previously attended the Orchard Park location. My chief complaints are too many elliptical not working, people leave their bags on the floor which is not allowed but they do it anyway, the equipment isn't cleaned thoroughly, they don't enforce wiping equipment after use. But the front desk staff are helpful.
I stopped into this LA Fitness.I didn't catch the guy's name, but he was more helpful than any of your other employees everywhere across-the-board.Even corporates sucked, this guy gave me as best of an answer as he could give me for the situation.I appreciate you for that, so I'm giving you 5 stars.Even though i've never actually used this gym , yet still waiting for the pool in the Niagara Falls location....
I used a free pass to see if I would like to join this gym. I had a very good experience, everyone was friendly (especially Jackson in sales) and everything was very clean and orderly. The only reason I didn't join was the location was too far to drive (and my location's pool isn't open).
