I go to her for all my hair needs I show her pictures and she does exactly that. she gives you all the information that you need to be able to know what's going on how much it'll cost and how it'll fit your hair. she also gives you ideas if you want something it may not necessarily go with your skin tone/ face shape she'll let you know what will. also if you want a certain color she'll let you know what color it changes so you don't ruin your hair absolutely phenomenal I would highly recommend for anything.
