Purchased a halo human hair extension that shedded from day one, and then tangled and felt course after only one wash … disappointing as the clerk recommended the halo as one that she personally uses and loves. The clerk mentioned that this halo would address all of my concerns, however I had to throw them away since they did not, and I have since purchased different ones from a supplier online.
Be very careful as they are non refundable…

I stopped in without an appointment with a wig I hated and no idea if it could be fixed. Kyle sat me down and spent over an hour thinning and styling the wig while educating me on all thing wig. She was what I needed today. The wig went from looking like a fluffy basketball on my head to very natural. Thank you Kyle!! I can go out in public now and not be self-conscious.

I didn’t get her name but she had had long corn rolls in her hair, she was awesome, explained everything to me about the hair extensions matched to my color. took her time and focused on my questions and concerns. She was wonderful AA+
