Dump truck driver parked his truck in front of our business mailboxes. I had to cross a busy road, and squeeze between a running dump truck and the construction zone to access our mailbox. I let the driver know he was blocking our mailboxes, and could he not park there? and he shrugged. I said it was dangerous for me with all this traffice/construction to have to squeeze- literally - between his vehicle and the mailbox. He shook his head and told me "Then don't cross the street". Called main office to have him move his truck. All I can say is WOW I was looking into getting prices for soil for some land I purchased ... after speaking to Miss. Diane F. Burger I was appalled how rude she was to me on the phone. I called to ask a few questions and when she told me the 2 different types of soil I replied "im not too sure what the difference is between the two of them" the call ended up hanging up ?? I called back she answered I asked if I was hung up on or maybe the signal was lost to give her the benefit of the doubt to brighten up her bad additude!! She said "well it was probably one of those"? Then a man got on phone after I spoke to her and I asked if this is how they treat there customers...read full review
