Today was our third visit to Billy been at the galleria mall. The first time I've actually ventured up into the jungle gyms, boy was I disappointed. How filthy. There's no way these things are sanitized on a regular basis. No one monitors the exit which is just a swinging door and all of the climbing apparatus are connected. It is very difficult to keep track of where your child is inside and then to know they're supposed to be tracking to make sure the kids leave with who they came with and they are not doing that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. My son had his 4th Birthday Party here today. It was wonderful! The kids had an absolute blast and I felt safe letting them run around. The party room was clean and set up before we got there. It was also private too, which was really nice. Stephanie our party host was delightful. She thought of things I'd need before I did and was very attentive and kind. Our drinks were always full. If I had one complaint it was that on our way out they tried to get us to pay for an extra child. It does not specify in their contract if the birthday child is included in the kid count. It was a lot of fun My child ran around with a herd of children and tired herself out. There's only one entrance and exit so it's easy just to watch that and let your kid go crazy
