Additionally, the lack of staff monitoring the exit, which is just a swinging door, and the interconnected climbing apparatus make it difficult for parents to keep track of their children. Despite these concerns, many families have enjoyed their experiences at Billy Beez, particularly for birthday parties. One customer praised the clean and private party room, as well as the attentive and kind party host, Stephanie. The customer also appreciated the easy access to the play area, with only one entrance and exit, making it easy to supervise their child. Edit: I was contacted by phone from their head office and told that I was charged for both children. I was given a refund for the infant. I am thankful that they were able to handle it.
The first time we took our son here - amazing, no complaints. The second time - not so much. We were charged $46.74 for one child and two socks. When we inquired about it, we were told adults pay but their sign says 2 free adults with a child. When we pointed that out, they told us they charge for our baby who is 8 weeks old. We had an awesome birthday party at Billy Beez! The manager was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The party room was big and colorful:) The food was fresh, and the pizza was such a hit that most of the kids came back for a second slice!
A special thank you to David, who was outstanding. He was attentive, brought us everything we needed promptly, and kept checking in throughout the party to make sure everything was going smoothly. His excellent service made the experience even better.

My son had a great birthday here! We spent about 3 hours here and they could’ve played longer if we didn’t have to been elsewhere.
