The cylinder on my lock rotated out of position and the key was stuck inside. I called to ask for a locksmith, and he told me over the phone how to fix it myself (which worked) and didn't charge me anything.

I used this service yesterday after trial and error with other 24/7 locksmiths that were gouging on a simple lockout. The first thing Yaacov asked for was a picture of the lock to give me a quote which I realize none of the other services asked for, I thought that was very helpful. He was quick, and I appreciated his sense of humor for what was an inconvenient 2 hours outside of my apartment. Price was fair and he accepted card payment too which is a plus! Thank you very much.
