UPDATE: received the receipt after

Nobody answered phone call after 8+ attempts across 3 days. Would’ve gone elsewhere if not that multi key had to be copied at this location. Asking me to write reviews even before copying is complete and tried to upsell other irrelevant services. Also up charged $10 for taxes without a receipt. Overall very uncomfortable experience

A few years ago, Joey at M&D Locks in Brooklyn did an outstanding job fixing a damaged door for me. He came up with a creative solution using a faceplate and installed a high-security Multi-Lock system. I really valued the extra protection and peace of mind, especially since the key can’t be duplicated without the security card.

Joey and the team at M&D did an excellent job in helping me with an emergency repair to an original brownstone mortise lock. See the photos of the original and the replacement cylinder. Joey worked especially hard--many hours into the night--to ensure the lock worked correctly. He installed a Mul-T-Lock, which is a big upgrade from the previous, improper cylinder.
