Hands down the worst nail tech experience. Unlike the other reviews and experiences, they were surprisingly hygienic with their nail supplies. The instruments that were used on me came out of a sterilization and I even had my own nail file and buffer. This review is based on my nail tech inability to do nails. #1. As she was cutting my nails down, she actually cut too low and my left thumb started bleeding. I drew my hand back because it was so painful and to my surprise I was bleeding profusely. #2. She never removed the dirt under my nails. #3. Prior to coming here, I had mint green polish on my nails and it's still there even with this new gel mani. She never removed all of it and since my gel mani is ivory white you can still see it. #4. The side of my nails aren't painted properly. Again, although MANY nail salons don't use proper hygiene practices they AT LEAST know how to polish nails. Unfortunately I dont like the way my nails look and it's my first time ever bleeding from an inadequate nail tech.
