The service has become less personable over the years, as technicians are always in their phones, even while tending to customers. I want to get my nails done in quiet. I keep going back because they're fast and the location is near my job. However, they have gotten sloppy recently and aren't sensitive to my sensitive nails. One of the acrylic tips was glued crooked and it stayed that way. Twice my nail (yes, my nail) started bleeding because the nail technician wasn't paying attention because she was on her phone having a conversation.

All the good nail techs left, the only one that’s good is Kevin, but he’s always booked. The tech that did my nails the last 2 times did my nail pretty but they only lasted about a week. Until they find better techs they lost me as a costumer.

This is the best in town but only problem for me is the place is kinda pricey. I occasionally get my nails done. And every time I go there I’m always satisfied with my nails. They do a very good job and the employees are quiet nice.Services: Acrylic nails
