I've had three haircuts with Nikki so far, and every one has been fantastic.
At my first appointment, I told her how I usually wear my hair and what level of maintenance I was comfortable with. Other salons normally pressure you to buy a bunch of expensive products but Nikki asked what products I already had at home and taught me how to use them. Instead of trying to make my hair into someone else's hair with a complicated styling routine, she gave me the best version of ~my~ hair. Every haircut I've gotten from her has been easy to maintain, grown out beautifully, and actually worked with my real life.
