Debby is amazing! I think I was being a difficult client - more so from fear because I’ve never dealt with freight forwarder, I didn’t know how the process worked and she remained professional and polite even when I asked her the same questions a million times. From start to finish she gave me every detail I needed to ensure a quick and easy transition for import and customs clearance. I truly look forward to establishing a long standing relationship with Straightforward! 10/10 would definitely recommend!
