This was my first time placing a shipment through US customs. I had ZERO knowledge about the process but All Cleared had proven to be a huge help after guiding me throughout the entire process. They gave out consistent updates which is a HUGE plus for a worrier like me.
This is our second time importing large items from China. It can be a little stressful for those that have not done it before as there are multiple stages to get past. We are so grateful to have Tony from ACCB help us through the entire process. He replies very quickly to any questions we may have and provides all necessary paperwork promptly. Thank you Tony for your excellent customer service and help in this matter. We highly recommend Tony and ACCB if you need help with overseas imports.
