Amazing! Nelly is absolute gem and made my first Hydrafacial a great experience. I’ve wanted to try a Hydrafacial for a while now because my skin’s been congested and dry despite getting regular facials. I’m truly amazed at how clean and glowy my face is after such a short treatment. But Nelly really went above and beyond to make me comfortable! The treatment bed(?) might be the most comfortable one I’ve ever laid in, and I appreciate the little touches like applying lip balm and SPF at the end of the facial. Nelly clearly knows what she’s doing, and I’ll definitely be back!
