I was seen for.my second pregnancy 2 years ago, the office staff is amazing and personable. I loved the front desk ladies and the nurses/assistants who worked there. Wait times can be long, which is annoying but I understand these things happen. When it came time to my actual delivery Dr. Ruggiero acted panicked the whole time, yelled at me a few times and had no proper communication what so ever. I heard from others that she's either really great or really bad. I guess I got the really bad, I personally would not recommend her as a doctor.
Offers thorough care and follow up. Truly a professional doctor and staff is excellent. I've been a patient at this practice for at least 25 years . Dr Ruggierio delivered my child to cover another partner that was on vacation when I went into labor she took care of me and I appreciate her 100% care. I've now been seeing her after my doctor fully retired. You may wait long in the waiting room but all other highly recommended obgyn don't take new patients or hard to get an appointment at all. When I call this practice I'm always accomadated . She does not rush dr need to see many patients a day and need to not spend all their time too long with a patient. If you go prepared with questions she will answer them and the staff.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Ruggerio for over a decade and she’s a wonderful doctor! Very caring and kind as well as a good listener. I removed one star because of the long waits in her tiny waiting area/office. It can get hectic in there sometimes.
