Five Stars Aren’t Enough
I just had the best massage of my life with Max at Plaza M Spa.
After battling an on-and-off migraine for over a week, I finally used a Christmas gift card I’d been holding onto — and it was so worth the wait. I only had time for a 45-minute session, but Max made every minute count.
From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive. He focused on my neck, shoulders, head, and spine with a level of precision and care that felt almost intuitive. This place is the best so far at Dumbo. It’s clean, spacious and very relaxing! All the staff is very welcoming but Franny is the best nail artist! She is so nice and always takes very good care while doing my nails! I highly recommend her!
My experience at Plaza M spa was wonderful! The salon is extremely clean and well kept compared to other salons I have been to. Bertha gave me a great gel manicure and was extremely thorough and meticulous throughout. I had the same experience with Doma and her eyebrow threading. Overall, the staff are very friendly and do their jobs with a lot of care and attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back!
