It was my first time doing eyebrow threading. I called first to see if they prefer appointments or walk in and they said walk in, I ended up waiting for a while to be seen. The service area is open to others waiting which is a little awkward. The actual service then felt slightly rushed, I didn’t feel comfortable asking questions or getting advice on eyebrow shape. Just “clean up right?” and on to it. I genuinely couldn’t tell she did anything when I got home (though I certainly felt it happening lol). They also repeatedly upsell adding upper lip hair removal, which I’m not a fan of. Price is good to be fair. All in all I’m not coming back.

Pavitra was wonderful with my upper lip threading, brow threading and tint. Very clean threading technique, no brows missed. Minimal pain. I’ve been threading my brows for 20+ years and definitely recommend this place.

This is one of my favorite waxing spots because the seaweed wax is super delicate so not painful. The waxer's process and technique is welcoming, transparent about time, and skillful at working with different hair lengths. I had a truly unsafe experience down the road at a different business- Sugaring NYC, and Fatima at PerfectBrowsNYC was available to work with me to remove the previous location's product and finish the service. I'd recommend this business as a quick and clean space for waxing services.
