We used Nicole Levine’s company to clean out a family member’s home. We were so impressed with the professionalism and compassion. Konneh was super organized and supportive and gracious. He knew exactly where to start and was constantly in motion! All with a smile and eagerness to help us and to reassure us that we would love the the finished condition. WE WERE SO DELIGHTED WITH IT!!! The entire team—Julian, Fernanda, Jessica and Dona—showed great respect for the home and for of our loved one’s possessions. It’s wonderful to know there are such beautiful, kindhearted people like this in our world to help us!
My brother is a mess and just has so much clutter and nonsense in his house that I wanted to do something for his birthday. I hired Hoarders911 to clean organize and revamp his whole apt to keep important things I put things neatly in boxes that he can go through and decide what to keep and what to throw away so he wouldn’t be upset. What an amazing job the team at Hoarders911 did and his place looks brand new.
It has been way overdue and it hurts me to see my parents live the way they do. They hoard anything and everything. I decided to bring in experts to help with my parents living situation. The staff was super nice and respectful to both me and my parents and not one ounce of judgement I saw on them. They were patient and very good at communicating with my parents on the organization structure they wanted to do and how it would help them keep some of their things but still have space. All in all, they made my parents house look spacious even with all the things they needed and wanted to keep. I’m so happy I did this for them and thank you so much to the team at Hoarders911....read full review
