I had bought a Groupon for a massage at this place. When I called to schedule the appointment, the woman was very rude and seemed like she did not care to have any more clients. Nonetheless, I scheduled the appointment for a week later. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment; the place is difficult and inconvenient to find. No one seemed to be there, so I called their phone. I called their phone multiple times and no one picked up. HORRIBLE service. How can you not show up for your client's appointment and then ignore the phone? Would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible and disgusting place! I received this as a Groupon voucher gift for a massage and facial. I called the place for an appointment and was scheduled nine days after for 3PM . I received a call that same day at 12:34PM and a person who spoke with me was super rude and claimed that my appointment is at 4:30PM and she was calling to confirm it. I politely explained to her that I have a very busy schedule and arranged my day around this massage and facial, but she would not hear any of it and with a nasty attitude said that I can be only seen at 4:30PM. Again, I tried to explain to her that they scheduled my appointment for 3PM and I was already heading to Brooklyn to take care of things and head to my appointment. All I got was a nasty reply back that I cannot come at 3PM, because they have booked someone else for 3PM and I would not be allowed to come in for 3PM! They booked someone else for my appointment and decided that if they be aggressive I would agree to a 4:30PM? Is that the approach of this place, because nastiness does not work well on me! I could have probably made it for 4:30PM, but their unprofessional attitude was such a turn off that I realized no reputable masseuse would work for a place like this. No apology, just a nasty attitude! Big turn off and that is not how you run a business. I called my friend and told her to contact the Groupon and cancel this voucher. Is there an option for 0 stars, because giving this place even 1 star is too generous. I am a reasonable person, but do not take the b******* and nastiness well.

I found them on groupon, It was a birthday treat for myself. I really enjoyed the facial. The massage was not what I expected I was not happy. They ate hard to find. They are located in GYNs office in the basement so you have to walk through the waiting room of patients to get to the spa but once you are in there its fabulous, calm, nice and clean. I was late and they still saw me. I say yes for facials. The massage was just an oil skin rub with no pressure under a hot blanket. I really did NOT enjoy the massage.
