Not worth even one star, with not only their services but with how they speak to customers, hide mistakes and lie. I brought in a basic, polyester blend dress I’m wearing to a wedding to be hemmed and pressed. I come back and the hem is wonky and I also notice a NEW stain on the bottom. They offer to redo the hem and clean the stain, and I come back the next day. The hem is a bit better but they couldn’t get the stain out AND there is now a new stain right on the front that looks to be water or oil. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They will DESTROY your clothing!!! They dramatically shrunk my wool sweater. It was comically tiny…I’m not even sure how they managed to shrink it so much. When I took it back to request a refund, they attempted to stretch the sweater out using steam and completely ruined the shape and texture. The owner refused any responsibility. Rather than reimburse me the cost of the sweater (or even the cost of the cleaning), he insisted that I take him to small claims court to get any sort of refund. Does not even deserve one star. I had no business bringing a two piece Valentino suit to this establishment. It looks and feels like they threw the thing in the washing machine. I am GUTTED! Perhaps more suitable for those who dry clean denim and sweats. Regardless of any of the above, I could not even get an apology, I guess it's a sign of weakness. No accountability whatsoever. I take the L on this one. $20 to clean a suit should have been a REG FLAG to begin with. I'm truly devastated. DO NOT take anything worth of value here for servicing. They are not equipped.
