Based on the reviews, Dutch Cleaners is run by a kind and sweet Korean couple who have been in business for many years. The man who owns the shop is friendly, soft-spoken, and communicative, and he takes great pride in his work. Customers describe the service as prompt, reliable, and far more reliable than other shops. The pricing is reasonable and comparable to, if not cheaper than, other cleaners in the area. The owners are known for going above and beyond, sometimes cleaning an item more than once to ensure the best result. They are excellent at stain removal and zipper repair, doing magical work in that department. However, customers should be warned that several very expensive wool clothes have been shrunk beyond repair at this location. For all other items, including winter coats, expensive suits, cashmere sweaters, and bridal alterations, the service is excellent and the results are beautifully clean.
These guys are so so kind and I hate writing anything but good reviews but unfortunately several of my very expensive wool clothes have been shrunk beyond repair here. It’s left me heartbroken. I will never take my wool here again. HOWEVER! They are excellent at stain removal and zipper repair. Truly, they have done some magical work in that department. Sweet people just not for your wool.
Came here on a whim after another cleaner nearby said it would be $55+ per coat to get it dry cleaned. I nearly choked! Walked in here and was delighted to meet the sweetest Korean couple who greeted me warmly and offered much more reasonable prices for my winter coats to get cleaned. The man (I believe Mr. Chung, but I could be wrong) was so sweet and friendly and communicative about his availability, because he'll be closed soon for his 45 year anniversary in the Bahamas 😭
Coats came back super clean, in great condition, and ready a bit early. He got the door for me as I exited. The sweetest and far more reliable service than I've gotten from other shops nearby...read full review

The negative reviews are genuinely confusing - I’ve tried all the dry cleaners in this area and the pricing here is comparable, if not cheaper than others for certain items, and the man who owns the dry cleaner is so kind and soft-spoken. I dry clean all my expensive suits, cashmere sweaters, and have had alterations for some bridal outfits done here.
