I come here every time I want to get my nails done & they’re usually very nice. Today the guy was super rude. He was talking about the length of my nails and I was telling him it’s fine we can cut it, and he was worried that I wouldn’t like it in the end. Then I noticed my pinky nail was crooked and I asked him to fix it in the process I messed up the white on my French manicure. This man got mad, truly I was surprised, maybe he was having a bad day but I’ve never been treated rudely here before. My nails actually came out nice but I’m not sure if I want to come back after that.
My nails came off in three days I told her I been doing my nails scene I was 12 she said I been doing nail scenes I was nine I said nine days ago cause clearly you not understand what I’m saying to you
I've been to this salon a few times and I have never been so disappointed... I went to remove my old set, which I thought the proper way to remove the nails would be to be soaked off!...No that was not the case...This woman removed my nails with a nail clipper and it was brutal...She then sent me to a gentleman to get a Gel manicure which I wanted to do chrome however it was $30 extra and normally wouldn't mind paying extra However the way this gentleman was filing my nails I knew he didn't know what he was doing and of course two days later i have 3 chipped nails because they were not properly filed SMH
