First time visiting via ClassPass credits, Susan was a sweetheart who accommodated me despite being a little late and with ClassPass not notifying her of my appointment on time. Other than that Rose (or Rosa) did my mani and I loved it, Kim did my pedi and was gentle (unlike other salons). My new go-to for mani/pedis and I’ll continue to support without ClassPass as the service, staff and atmosphere is welcoming and family friendly.

I had never been to Nails by Susan before, but decided to use the Groupon for a Gel Mani and since I had a function that night, I got a pedi, eyebrow wax and my hair blown out as well. It's always a little uncomfortable when you go into a salon for the first time, but from the minute I walked in, I felt like I went there for years. Every person is so nice, caring and complimentary. Everything came out beautiful. Being a nurse, my nails are always in horrible shape, but I will for sure keep up with them now and return to keep the gel mani in shape. Found out about this place by a groupon deal. Very unassuming exterior. But from the moment i walked in I felt at home, they were so nice even though i was late for my appointment.The staff addresses everyone by their name and makes you feel a part of their family right away. Prob the most relaxed I've felt while getting a mani/pedi. They keep it natural (no hand/foot dryer unless getting gel). They take the time to do a good and detailed job. Definitely gonna make this place my go to spot.
