I was recommended by a friend to check out this salon and she was right! It's not a fancy salon at all, but it's homey and kind. I walked into my 4 pm appt a bit earlier and right away I was greeted by the owner's daughter at the front desk. Immediately she apologized and explained there was a hair coloring situation with a customer and it's pushing all appts back. Normally, I'd be annoyed but she was so genuine about it and kept apologizing, and was trying to ease the situation by having a conversation with me as opposed to all other salons who would just apologize and walk away.

I ‘ve been Lucy Lu’s a couple of years,I like this place ,they always keep my appointments, every workers are polite and kind ,,and they have hair stations too ,very convenient for everyone,,I recommend go to Lucy Lu’s ,it’s worth it .

The staff was all business and highly efficient, which I appreciated. They got me settled in quickly without any fuss.
