Shrank my winter coat and ruined my vintage fur trimmed cardigan. It came back to me with several holes. They stand by their policy that they are not responsible for damaged items. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I wish someone would have warned me about this place.

was hoping to make this my neighborhood spot, but after going to pickup a pair of pants I wanted hemmed, I will not be returning.when I arrived to pickup my pants, I politely asked if I could try them on in the shop fitting room to make sure that the adjustment was what ai wanted so I didn’t have to come backthe gentleman rudely refused as if it were some great inconvenience. as a customer paying for a service, a request like this felt reasonable and would’ve taken less than 5 minutes (no other customer was waiting)wish them all the best, but this is my first and last time supporting this business.

If you value your clothes, do not take them here. They ruined some white pants and admitted the stains were caused by their attempt to clean them. They also refused to provide any compensation or a refund for the destruction. Currently in the process of putting a complaint into the city as this is just not a business that can be trusted.
