Went here for a Covid test so that I can get medical clearance. I walked in, no appointment, spur of the moment. I decided to get it over with while I was already outside and in the area. Once inside I was greeted and instructed to scan a barcode with my phone’s camera that was posted at the front desk. From there I was told I can have a seat and register myself, upload my identification plus insurance card via the barcode. I was also able to do a “check in” - I guess as indication I was ready and done with filling in my data. Excellent experience. The staff was so fun and pleasant…PA was cool too. They displayed customer service you normally don’t get these days. Will definitely be back…hopefully I won’t have to but you know what I mean…lol

I had a top tier experience taking my son to LevelUp Urgent Care. The front desk staff was excellent. She was courteous, welcoming and so professional. Tiffany the PA was amazing!!! She deserves 10 stars. She was patient with my 5year old who was scared about his infected finger. She listened, was empathetic and made him feel comfortable. I appreciated her so much. It’s necessary to have people like Tiffany in the community because she’s a gem. 100/100.
