She never fails to take proper measurements & ensure your clothes are taken care of. As with any tailor, you need to communicate exactly what you want. She has literally reconstructed a pair of denim for me after I ordered the incorrect sizes
They are the best and I’ve only had great experiences with her and her staff.
The staff here are friendly and the hours are pretty convenient. They deliver to my building for free which is nice! The prices are high but probably normal for the neighborhood. I do sometimes wish the turnaround for dry cleaning were faster because it usually takes 3+ days.
