Ellis and the team at JJM are outstanding! We bought an old house that had some major plumbing concerns. Ellis knew the history of the house and was able to help us better understand what we were dealing with. He was honest and gave great recommendations for solutions that wouldn't break the bank given our unique situation. We had him do a variety of things on the house and he got the work done efficiently and at a fair price. Very professional, on time and efficient. Needed work done in the bathroom for my tenant. Price was competitive, work was excellent. Hopefully I won't need them again for a while, but if I do I won't hesitate to call them. He told me the price up front, before and work was done. Yes, I would recommend them.

Very nice and professional people. They came right on time and took care of several plumbing issues. A couple of the problems were nothing more than tightening some screws on the back of the toilet since it was moving slightly and unlock a piece of the flushing mechanism that had become stuck. I also had a leak in the kitchen faucet, wich required changing the cartridges. The manufacturer had sent them to me earlier. During this process, Marc showed me the pipes under the sink that were in very bad condition , they were installed in 1987 when the building was constructed.
