“We recently worked with Verrazano Flooring to refinish our black hardwood floors back to a natural finish, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.

Our first visit with the sales representative set the tone. He was friendly, professional, and asked all the right questions. He clearly explained the entire process so we knew exactly what to expect at each stage. It gave us a lot of confidence right from the beginning.

The crew who came to do the work was equally impressive. They arrived on time every day, were respectful of our home, and kept the space clean as they worked. We had already put up some plastic barriers ourselves, but they went the extra mile and added additional protection to ensure dust was minimized throughout the apartment. That extra care did not go unnoticed and was truly appreciated.

The finished floors are beautiful, the natural tone makes the entire apartment feel bigger, brighter, and much more modern. The work is clearly high quality, and the transformation has elevated the look and value of our home instantly. We are absolutely delighted.

“I'm not sure why the reviews are bad, I have used this place twice for 2 different apartments. Owner went above and beyond to source a 2 inch hexagon tile I wanted that no one else seemed to have (including Nemo Tile). Price was about the same as Nemo, HD and Lowes, and I liked being able to see the glass mosaics in person for a shower niche I wanted to create. Would definitely go here again, great service.“

“I only shopped for flooring here but didn't go through with placing an order, so I can only comment on my experience in stores and nothing else. I really wish I remembered the name of the worker who helped me but he was a tall, dark, 40ish year old man if that narrows it down. He was so knowledgeable about the different types of wood flooring and was so eager to help. He probably spent about an hour with us. I really wanted to place an order because of him but the smart thing for me to do was to keep shopping around before going all in. I was able to find even lighter wood flooring at the shop next door, so I ended up going with them instead.“
