Walked by this place for years and finally went in a few months ago when we needed a rug. We looked online but it’s impossible to tell what you’re getting. Staff was super helpful, nice to see a lot of options in person. They talked us thru material and size considerations and ultimately we got a rug at our price point that we’re really happy with. I’ll go back at some point to get a runner. Highly recommend.

Was looking for a "entry-way" size carpet and happened to come across BCW. Wasn't sure the one I liked would fit but with a 2 day return policy I decided to get it. Turned out to be the exact right size. Really brightens up the space. Gentleman who helped me out was great. I hope he makes it to Europe/Germany some day. Best of luck.

Honest guys with a good selection. I told these guys what room the carpet was in and they immediately gave me options based on thickness and quality- always aware of my budget. Every suggestion was a good one. I feel very satisfied with what I ended up with and it came under budget.
