I returned to Element Beauty Lounge on 5th Avenue, Park Slope once the pandemic restrictions were lifted and here is what I found. Upon arrival your contactless temperature is taken. If there is no temperature, you then sign in name, time of arrival and temperature. I assume this is to help if contact tracing becomes necessary. There are two (2) pen bins: one for sterile and the other for used. Once you use the pen from the sterile bin it then goes into the used bin. The manicure station has an acrylic barrier between you and the esthetician. The pedicure station has acrylic barriers separating spaces on the banquet. As always, the sanitation in this place is exemplary!! I have returned twice since the reopening.
