Run, don't walk to Dr. Bae!!! He is absolutely THE BEST! This review is long overdue, but the world needs to know. Dr. Bae saw me in 2020 for acupuncture. It was a scary time being pre-vaccines and coming out of lockdown. I had four sessions with the hope that it would help with labor/childbirth. Indeed it did! The average labor time for first time moms is 12-19 hours. Mine was 5.5 hours, no epidural, and unmedicated. Yes, I got lucky. But I must give Dr. Bae credit. I feel so grateful, especially hearing so many stories of traumatic births from friends. I’ve received both acupuncture from James as well as attended various of his mind body trainings. In both contexts, James is absolutely superb. I recommend his trainings as well as his acupuncture services to anyone. He is a skilled, incredibly compassionate physician and teacher that will give you the utmost care.
Dr. Bae is extremely knowledgeable, personable and punctual. He is a pleasure to deal with. My wife suffered debilitating nightly pain for years. One visit did wonders. The doctor is also very knowledgeable about traditional medicines. Also: expect to be seen at the exact time of your appointment.
